Cory Kilduff - When It All Gets To Be Too Much/All Live & Well LP - BWR : CARBON

This live version from Mondocon V hits way harder than the 2019 studio album, the beats-heavy energy really comes through on the black vinyl. The audiophile pressing keeps every drum hit crisp and the crowd atmosphere intact.

The pressing on this black vinyl is dead quiet, letting the live energy from Mondocon V really shine through. That beats-heavy take on the 2019 album gives the whole set a different, more urgent feel than the studio version.

I’d been curious about the live version of this album for a while, and the beats-heavy take on the original tracks really works for me. The vinyl arrived clean and quiet, no surface noise at all, which is always a relief. Only minor quibble is the sleeve feels a bit thin for the price.
