Midsommar – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack LP

Crackled to life on my turntable and immediately pulled me into that unsettling, dark atmosphere Bobby Krlic crafts so well. The tension builds beautifully across the whole pressing, and the vinyl itself is quiet and clean, letting every eerie note breathe.

The haunting cello passages on side B really come alive on vinyl, adding layers I missed when streaming. This pressing captures all the tension and dread perfectly.

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet, which lets the full weight of Krlic's dark instrumentation really shine through without any surface noise. I've listened to the score three times already and it keeps revealing new layers.
