Pontypool - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack LP

Dropping the needle on side two late at night, that brooding, dark synth score instantly pulled me back into the film’s uneasy atmosphere. The vinyl pressing feels solid and quiet, letting those 70s Tangerine Dream-style textures really breathe.

The pressing is dead quiet, which lets those ominous Tangerine Dream-style synth layers really breathe and creep under your skin. I've spun it three times already today and the brooding atmosphere translates perfectly to vinyl.

The dark synth score builds exactly the ominous tension you'd expect from the film, and the vinyl itself has a satisfying weight and quiet surface that lets those Tangerine Dream nods shine through.
