Sable - Original Video Game Soundtrack 2XLP

I put this on the turntable and the warm crackle of Japanese Breakfast's score immediately transported me back to the desert landscapes of Sable. The 2XLP pressing captures the atmospheric depth perfectly, and the tracklisting flows like a proper journey.

The gatefold sleeve is sturdy and the 2XLP pressing feels quality, and the ambient tracks really shine on vinyl with that warm crackle underneath. I've had it on repeat for a week now and it still gives me chills every time the arpeggios kick in.

Japanese Breakfast's score sounds even richer on vinyl, and the gatefold artwork captures the game's lonely desert atmosphere perfectly. The 2XLP set gives you plenty of space to get lost in that ambient world before flipping the record.
