Poster Godzilla: Monster Island

The Showa Era kaiju lineup is a treat, and the 9-color screenprint really makes each monster pop off the French Construction paper. It’s got that hand-pulled print quality you can feel with your fingers, and it’s easily the centerpiece of my wall now.

I’ve been staring at the paper texture as much as the kaiju—the French Construction Pure White stock gives it a tactile, almost vintage feel. The 9‑color screenprinting is so clean you can count the scales on Godzilla’s tail. It’s easily the most detailed poster I’ve hung in years.

The 9-color screenprint really makes the Showa Era kaiju pop with incredible depth that photos can't capture. This paper stock feels substantial and the detail in the biological illustration is stunning. So happy I snagged one of these before they sold out.
