Daniel Davies – Soeurs De Glisse オリジナル・モーション・ピクチャー・サウンドトラック

The vinyl pressing captures every layer of Davies’ synth and guitar work with surprising clarity. It’s a perfect companion to the film’s moody coastal visuals, and the gatefold sleeve is a nice touch.

The album builds nicely on the atmospheric synth work from his previous scores, and the gatefold sleeve has some great stills from the film. Only wish the track listing was printed on the back cover instead of just the spine.

The vinyl pressing is dead quiet, which really lets the synth textures breathe. I just wish the sleeve had a bit more artwork inside, but the record itself sounds fantastic.
