Porno Holocaust – オリジナル・モーション・ピクチャー・サウンドトラック LP

Fidenco’s mix of sleazy funk and eerie strings really captures that grindhouse vibe, and the pressing itself is dead quiet between tracks. I’ve spun it twice already and the low-end on the bass lines hits harder than I expected for a budget soundtrack release.

The vinyl feels incredibly heavy and solid in the hands, and the Fidenco score mixes those squealing strings with eerie synths exactly the way I hoped it would. The packaging leans into the sleaze perfectly, and the audio quality is so clean you can hear every dirty detail without any surface noise.

The pressing is nice and quiet between tracks, which matters on a score this moody. Fidenco’s blend of sleazy funk and eerie strings really carries that grindhouse vibe. Only wish the sleeve weren’t quite so flimsy, but it’s a solid buy for fans of the genre.
