Mondo 237: Area Rug

I was nervous the design might look cheap, but the hand-tufted acrylic is actually really plush and the cotton backing keeps it from slipping at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by how soft the acrylic feels underfoot—definitely not scratchy like some rugs I've had. The cotton backing keeps it from sliding around on my hardwood floor, which was a major concern.

The 7mm pile is the perfect thickness—plush enough to feel soft underfoot but still lays flat without tripping me up. The hand-tufted texture gives it a handmade look that’s a step above a basic printed rug. It’s already holding up well to daily foot traffic in my living room.
