“Cani Arrabbiati” (aka “Rabid Dogs”, 1974) is a gem by the great, late Mario Bava. Remained unseen for over two decades due to the production company’s bankrupt, once released in the 90s it soon became a cult flick among pulp movie lovers. The music, composed by Maestro Stelvio Cipriani, has been re-mastered from the original master tapes specifically for this release and made available for the first time ever on vinyl in its entirety.

Violet ★★★★★

The vinyl pressing is really clean—barely any surface noise on the opening scene. It’s a joy to finally own this lost Bava film on wax.

Finally got my hands on this "Cani Arrabbiati" vinyl—the sound quality is fantastic, and the packaging includes some nice liner notes about the film’s troubled history. A must for any Italian horror fan.

Ava T. ★★★★★

That 20-year gap before the film's release makes owning this vinyl feel like finding a lost gem. The soundstage on this pressing is incredibly wide, bringing Mario Bava's haunting score to life.
