Composed by Isobel Waller Bridge & David Schweitzer, the music for EMMA. is as plucky and tender as the saga of Emma Woodhouse and her attempts at molding the love lives of those around her.

Housed in a gatefold sleeve with artwork by artist Carson Ellis, and featuring a 20 page booklet with photos, a mini poster, and pressed on 180 Gram Blush pink colored vinyl.

Isobel Waller Bridge's score sounds absolutely gorgeous on this double vinyl, and the fact that it's the first physical release of the Emma soundtrack makes it a must-have for fans. The pressing is clean with barely any surface noise, so the harpsichord and strings really sparkle.

The pressing is wonderfully quiet, which lets the intricate string arrangements really shine through. I just wish the sleeve had been a bit sturdier for shipping, since mine arrived with a slightly creased corner. Still, it spins beautifully and the soundstage is lovely.

The gatefold jacket has a beautiful matte finish that really suits the period feel. Sound quality is crisp and clean, though I wish the vinyl came with a download code.
