10-color screenprint on French Index Off-White paper

Mondo presents a new screenprinted art print by Japanese illustrator Yuko Shimizu for the 2025 PlayStation5 game GHOST OF YŌTEI (Out October 2nd), developed by Sucker Punch Productions and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Beautifully illustrated using Buddhist Sutra calligraphy brushes, this breathtaking portrait of Atsu was inspired by traditional ukiyo-e woodblock prints.

The 10-color screenprint really makes Yuko Shimizu's art pop—the layers and texture on the French Index paper are stunning. I’m already planning where to hang it once the game drops in October.

The paper has a nice tooth to it that makes the ink feel almost layered, and Yuko Shimizu’s linework is even more striking in person. Been staring at the snow-dusted mountain detail for five minutes—it’s going straight into a frame.

The 10-color screenprint really pops on that thick French Index paper—the layers of ink have such a rich texture you can almost feel the snow in the landscape. I framed it the day it arrived and it instantly became the centerpiece of my game room.
