The soft vinyl has that classic retro feel I grew up with, and even the paint details on Kong's fur hold up nicely up close. Swivel articulation lets me pose him mid-roar on my shelf without any wobble. He's got real presence for a figure this size.

The BEAST Glove Kong figure swivels at the neck and arms just like the old-school sofubi I grew up with, and the paint job on his fur is surprisingly clean for the price. The swivel joints are surprisingly smooth for a soft vinyl piece, letting me pose him mid-roar without any wobble. The paint apps on his fur are clean and the sculpt has that nice retro sofubi weight to it. Only knock is the price feels a bit steep for the size, but the quality is there.
