The gatefold sleeve is sturdy and the 2LP pressing is dead quiet between tracks, so Nicolai's eerie strings and driving percussion really cut through. Spun it twice back-to-back last night, and the fidelity is so rich it feels like a private screening in my living room.

This score is an absolute masterpiece of tension and melody; that giallo groove hits so hard it's almost criminal. Spun it last night and couldn't stop marveling at how the strings and harpsichord weave together. A must for any horror soundtrack fan.

The vinyl itself is dead quiet, letting those gorgeous Nicolai strings and eerie synths really shine through without any surface noise. Bruno Nicolai's score is just pure giallo magic, and this pressing does it justice.
