“You won’t kill me out of some misplaced sense of self-righteousness, and I won’t kill you because you’re just too much fun. I think you and I are destined to do this forever.”

Unstoppable force. Immovable object. This Variant Edition of artist Oliver Barrett’s design for THE DARK KNIGHT masterfully weaves the iconography of Christopher Nolan’s masterpiece into a crucial moment in The Joker and Batman’s final showdown.

James ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

The paper has a nice matte finish that makes the dark blues really pop, and the quote at the top is printed perfectly straight. I’m glad I finally picked this up to hang in my hallway.

The screenprinting is incredibly crisp—you can see every detail in the Joker’s grin and the texture of the paper. I’m thrilled with how the hand-numbered edge adds a collectible touch without distracting from the art. It’s now the focal point of my home theater wall.

The screenprint is incredibly sharp—the detail in the Joker’s jacket really pops against the dark background. Hung it up in my office and it’s already a conversation starter. Absolutely love how the quote is worked into the design.
