Gentle Breeze LP by Piper

The cover’s snow scene is such a clever contrast—this thing radiates heat from the first needle drop, with that funky bassline pulling you straight into the 80s vibe. The pressing is clean and quiet, so the groove really locks in without any surface noise.

I’ve had this record on repeat since it arrived; the whole LP flows from track to track like the warmest winter mixtape. The 80’s synth-pop vibe is so immersive, especially on side one where the basslines just lock you in.

The synth work on this record is incredibly lush, especially on the B-side, and the warm, 80's funk sound genuinely makes my living room feel cozier. The vinyl itself is a nice weight and played perfectly flat with no pops. I've had it on repeat since it arrived.
