Mud – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack 2XLP

Spun this last night and was blown away by the clarity—the strings and banjo feel like they're right in the room. The gatefold art is gorgeous too, really captures that dusty Arkansas river vibe. Pressing is dead quiet, exactly what you want from a soundtrack like this.

The packaging is really well done, with beautiful artwork that fits the film’s mood perfectly. Pressed on two LPs, the sound quality captures all the subtle details in the score. My only small gripe is there’s no download card included.

The double-LP packaging is sturdy and the gatefold feels substantial, which I appreciate for a soundtrack this atmospheric. Sound quality is clean, though I wish the inner sleeves were a bit thicker to prevent static. Still, a solid pick for fans of the film.
