All due respect to Drs. Alan Grant, Ellie Sattler, and Ian Malcolm, but the real stars of Steven Spielberg’s JURASSIC PARK were the terrifying velociraptors, the gentle Brachiosaurus, and the majestic T-Rex. These dino-stars are the focus of legendary comic book artist Francesco Francavilla’s intricate linework in this 27”x19” 1000-piece puzzle reproduction of his 2019 San Diego Comic-Con Mondo poster.

Piecing it together may be a challenge, but, as they say, life finds a way...

Finally, a puzzle that does the movie justice — the velociraptors are so crisp and detailed I can almost hear them hissing. The 1000 pieces fit together snugly with no weird gaps, and the colors are rich without being oversaturated. Took me a couple of evenings to finish, and I enjoyed every minute

Spent two evenings on this and the image quality is gorgeous—the velociraptor details really pop once you get the darker sections done. My only gripe is the pieces are a bit thinner than I'd like, so they bend if you press too hard while sorting.

The image quality is stunning, especially the raptor details, but I was a bit let down by how many pieces look almost identical in the darker jungle areas. Took me longer than expected, though the finished result does look great framed.
