Body Double LP by Christopher Alexander

Side A's synth stabs land like a John Carpenter fever dream, and the pressing is dead quiet between tracks—perfect for late-night spins. The dark 80s atmosphere holds up from first groove to last, no skips on my table.

The vinyl itself feels heavy and well-pressed, and the sinister synth work cuts through with that perfect 80s horror vibe from the first track. I’ve spun it three times already and the cinematic layers keep revealing new details each listen.

This album captures that grainy 80s horror synth sound perfectly; the sinister electronic textures really build a cinematic atmosphere. It’s been on heavy rotation since it arrived. The pressing itself is quiet and well-centered, too.
