Darling – Original Motion Picture Soundtrack LP

The vinyl captures every crackle and hiss of the score perfectly, making the descent into madness feel tangible. Side B’s haunting strings are pressed with zero surface noise, which really lets the tension build.

I was really taken by the pressing quality—it’s dead quiet between tracks, which lets the unsettling strings creep in perfectly. The packaging captures the film’s mood so well, with that stark, minimalist art.

The vinyl itself has a nice weight to it, and the way the tracks build that creeping unease is exactly what I wanted for late-night listening. It captures that slow-descending-into-madness mood perfectly, and the pressing is quiet with no surface noise.
