Glitch Black - Mechanical Perfection LP

The bass on this pressing is deep and punchy, exactly what you want from an electronica LP. It’s been on my turntable all week, and the sleeve art looks even better in hand than on screen.

Finally, a proper vinyl pressing for this album – the 180g weight gives it a nice, solid feel. I was worried it might sound thin like some digital-to-vinyl transfers, but the bass really thumps on this pressing.

The gatefold sleeve feels sturdy, and the vinyl itself is dead quiet between tracks, which is rare for a digital-to-vinyl transfer. I just wish the liner notes included more info on the recording process, but the pressing quality makes up for it.
