H.P.洛夫克拉夫特《牆中之鼠》2XLP

The packaging alone is worth it—those double sleeves feel heavy and archival, like they actually respect the text inside. Side D’s quieter passages really let the pressing breathe; no surface noise where the rats start scrabbling, which is exactly where I needed it clean.

Finally got to sit down with this pressing and it’s exactly what I hoped for—the grooves are quiet, and the narration really lets the dread breathe between the static. The packaging’s got that old pulp feel, which suits the longest tale here perfectly.

The gatefold sleeve is beautifully done with that eerie vintage art, and the vinyl itself pressed on thick, quiet wax. I've been listening to this adaptation for days now and the atmosphere really captures the creeping dread of the original story. A fantastic addition to any Lovecraft collection.
