沉默之丘 – 原版電玩遊戲原聲帶 2XLP

The packaging is gorgeous and the 180-gram vinyl feels heavy and premium. The haunting atmosphere translates perfectly to this format, especially during the quieter ambient tracks. Already ordered the second pressing for a friend.

That opening mandolin track hits so different on vinyl, the quiet crackle between tracks just adds to the dread before the heavier stuff kicks in. The two-LP pressing keeps the flow of the game intact, and I’ve already spun it three times this week just for the atmosphere.

The vinyl itself feels heavy and well-pressed, and the surface noise is almost nonexistent. I put it on expecting nostalgia, but the haunting atmosphere actually gave me chills all over again, just like the first time I played the game.
