Songs In The Key Of X LP

The vinyl itself is dead quiet between tracks, which matters a lot for a soundtrack this moody, and the sleeve art feels like a proper relic from the 90s. Spun it at midnight with the lights low and it took me right back to Sunday nights on the couch.

This pressing captures all the eerie atmosphere of the show perfectly, and the tracklist flows like a proper soundtrack rather than a random mix. Hearing it on vinyl for the first time is a whole new experience, especially with the subtle surface noise adding to the mood.

Took a little while to arrive, but the pressing itself is clean and quiet, and it's great to finally have these eerie tracks on vinyl. The gatefold packaging feels sturdy, though I wish the tracklist had been printed a bit larger for easy reading.
