The Beyond - 原版電影原聲帶 (擴充版)

The bass on "E tu vivrai nel terrore" finally hits the way it should on vinyl, and having the full, unabridged score means no awkward fade-outs between cues. Spun it twice already and the pressing is dead quiet between tracks, which makes the creepy silence even more effective.

The gatefold sleeve is gorgeous and really captures the film’s eerie vibe. Spinning this expanded edition, I can finally hear those previously unreleased tracks seamlessly woven in, and the vinyl itself sounds wonderfully warm.

I was surprised to find the expanded track listing includes the alternate takes, which I’d never heard before. The pressing is clean and quiet, though the inner sleeve could be thicker. A solid release for Fulci fans.
